After doing your program:
My oversized bulges (never in my life did I dream, I’d loose this unwanted asset) are now well within normal range. No more stares and sniggers! I am loving my new figure!
I can now come back from work and continue for hours in my kitchen, previously an hour and my head would be thumping.
My joints don’t ache simply because I have walked for over an hour.
After having a good night sleep, I would still doze off uncontrollably about 10.30 am this has now mostly gone.
I used to get body jerks, this has also mostly disappeared.
The white of my eyes are whiter.
My nails used to curl; now they grow straight.
I recognise this as the start of my journey to excellent health, with continued help from the Holy Spirit; I have no intentions of going back to eating carelessly. It’s not worth it! Obedience is better than sacrifice

My name is Ruth I live in Oregon USA. I have been at least 50 pounds overweight for at least 10 years and have tried many diets but none works.
They just are not suitable for me and I kind of gave up on the whole weight issue. Wow! is all i can say!!! Thanks so much Nike for encouraging me to go raw. After years of constant outbreaks and always feeling ill, i found juicing raw spinach with my fruits a divine miracle, for excruciating painful mouth ulcers.Having tried medication from simple bonjela, antibiotics to steriods. Including raw into my food has done so much for my immune system, a new lease of life and increase energy.Thank God for Raw food! It has not only taken away my physical pain but it has restored my self-esteem. Without the constant reminder of the outbreaks, i am now able to focus on more positive aspects of my life.
